Personalize Link Program

My solution to solving the homeless housing crisis is to start a company called The Personalize Link Company. There will be a Personalize Link Housing Company and a Personalize Link Market Place Company. The Personalize Link Company will be a members-only company that will generate its income from the annual membership fees collected from its members. The Personalize Link program will have to be established first in order to help pay for the construction of the Personalize Link Housing units.

Marketplace Overview

The Personalize Link Marketplace will hopefully include two anchor stores, such as Walmart and Target, and also a supermarket found between the two anchor stores. A variety of smaller stores would occupy the rest of the marketplace. All of these stores found in the marketplace will all have to agree to participate in the Personalize Link program.

Now all of these stores found in the Personalize Link Marketplace will all have to agree to first hire their employees from Personalize Link Housing as their general help before hiring their employees from the general public. The homeless clients will link their paychecks to their bank account and then to The Personalize Link Housing Company; this will ensure that their rent gets paid on time.

Essential Services on Site

Other automatic deductions from their bank account will be for the YMCA's annual membership fee. The YMCA will be built right next to the housing project and on the same property as said project. The YMCA will also be opened to the public for their use of the facility. Also opened to the public and built on the same property as the housing units will be a movie theater with multiple screens. One viewing room of this movie theater will be designated a few times a week to hold Mass on Sundays. Also, the theater will hold AA and NA meetings a few times a week for the residents and public to attend. The theater will also host a life-affirming speaker once in a while.

How the Program Works

The way the personalize Link program works is simple:

You will sign up for your Personalize Link debit card at Personalize Link .com, provide all of your personal information, and then you will receive your debit card in the mail.
Your card will be valid at those stores that participate in the Personalize Link program.
Once inside the store, you will have a decision to make:
- Either take the percent off sale price for your purchase.
- Or, you may decide to take the Personalize Link cash that the store is offering you and have that money placed onto your Personalize Link debit card.
Also, instead of the stores offering to their customers for example, the usual 35 percent off of their $100 purchase. The stores would now offer to their customers the equivalent of a 35 percent discount off of their $100 purchase in the form of $35 cash, This is what the Personalize Link Program is offering to the customers cash back for their purchases instead of a percentage off of their purchases. This will enable the customer the ability to decide how much cash that they would like to have deducted from their purchase and how much cash that they would like to have added on to the Personalize Link Debit Card.

A Practical Example

This is how the Personalize Link program can be used on your purchases:

Say a television at Walmart is selling for $500
The store is offering you $200 worth of Personalize Link cash off the cost of the television
- This means the television is going to cost you $300 if you decide to put the whole $200 towards your purchase
However, if you have a little extra cash that month and can afford to pay $400 for the television:
- Tell the cashier that you just want $100 worth of the Personalize Link cash deducted from your purchase
- This will leave you with the $100 that is left over from the $200
This extra money will be added to your Personalize Link debit card.
That extra $100 that is now on your debit card may come in handy:
- You will have that extra $100 to put towards a future purchase
- Or you may choose to use it to pay a bill

Maximizing the Program's Value

However, the Personalize Link program is designed to work best when both the store and the manufacturer get together to offer you, the customer, a Personalize Link cash discount just for buying their product without any strings attached.

For example:

If you buy an item from the store that sells for $100
And if the store is offering you, the customer, $50 worth of Personalize Link cash just for buying that item that you have paid $100 for, then this means that you will have a decision to make.

You can either take all of the $50 worth of Personalize Link cash that the store is offering you and have all of that cash added onto your Personalize Link debit card, or if you prefer, you may choose to have all or some of that $50 cash deducted from your purchase.

Spending Example Continued

For example, say that all you want is $25 worth of the Personalize Link cash deducted from your purchase; this will leave you with $25 added onto your Personalize Link debit card. This extra $25 on your debit card could be used towards a future purchase or to keep for yourself. Either way, you are still getting $50 worth of Personalize Link cash back to do with what you will.

Remember, all that I am offering is you a chance to become a Personalize Link member, and the income generated from your annual membership fee will be going towards the construction of affordable housing nationwide exclusively for the homeless population. This gives you the opportunity to be part of the solution to solve the housing problem for the homeless.

Nationwide Potential

Note: The Personalize Link program is not limited to only those stores found in the Personalize Link Marketplace complex; on the contrary, the Personalize Link program is designed to be implemented with any type of retail store across the country. This hopefully will include, but not be limited to, all of the Walmart and Target stores nationwide.
